All costumes returned for repairs (warranty or otherwise) must be cleaned prior to shipping. We will immediately return them otherwise.

Costume Warranty

We offer a 90 day warranty for each of our costumes. If anything goes wrong with your costume, simply send it back and we will repair it at no cost. Note that this warranty does not cover damage due to negligence or structural modifications.

Costume Repairs

Please contact us for repair quotes if you are out of warranty before you send back your costume. We will not repair any areas of the costume that have been modified, structurally or otherwise.
